Characteristic
    GGCF series high frequency lithium battery chargers has high conversion and charging efficiency, providing stable voltage and high steady current, smooth output current waveform and small ripple. In addition, by using high frequency switching technology, the charger has features of power saving, easy controlling, wide range current adjustable, small size and light weight.

Working principle
     The charger is mainly composed of a rectifying & filtering circuit, a high-frequency switching conversion circuit, a PWM control circuit, an output rectifying & filtering circuit, a reverse protection circuit, a voltage stabilization & limit circuit,a current stabilization & limit circuit, a protection circuit and an auxiliary power supply circuit. In addition,the charger has CAN-BUS communication function.

l Battery reversed connection protection

When the battery is not connected or reversed, the charger shuts down and displays the error code.

l Short circuit protection

When the output of charger is short circuited,the charger is shut down and displays the error code .

l Input over-voltage/phase-loss protection

When the input voltage drops below the preset voltage or when there is a phase-loss, the output stops and the error code is displayed.

l Input over-voltage protection

When the input voltage exceeds the preset voltage,  the output stops and the error code is displayed.

l Overheat protection

When the temperature of the charger exceeds the preset temperature,the output stops and theerror code is displayed.

l Output over-voltage protection

When the output voltage exceeds the preset voltage,the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed

l Input over-current protection

When the input current exceeds the preset current, the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed.

l Output over-current protection

When the output current exceeds the preset current, the charger is shut down and the error code is displayed.

l Charging over-time protection

When the charging time exceeds the preset time,the charger automatically shuts down.

l Battery over-charge protection

When the battery is fully recharged,the charger automatically shuts down.
